the story i tell is about to end.
the final chapter is here.
the characters we play are dying.
this was never really meant for a happy ending.
it is the tragedy of love,
the triumph of sadness,
the lesson of life...
the hope in faith.

and just as you are ending your chapter, another one is starting, where the characters remain the same. you and that person. only this time, you are in reference. and somebody else is writing the story in a whole new different perspective.
ReplyDeletei hope it ends well and soon. the chase is not over, it has just reversed and has become more subtle. believe me.
your thoughts intrigued me..
ReplyDeletesomehow, it is optimistic and i like that..
you may call it optimism, some would call it masochism. however, whatever. there's a lot of ways of looking at this. you may opt to leave and save your heart from the impending heartbreak, or choose to stay, take the risk and love.
ReplyDeletei would look at this from way up above, and know that love is not about 'you' or 'me'. it's not about being hurt or not. how much can you really lose when you love? and how much do you gain? think about it. do you really want this chase to be over?
im astounded on what you said..it's like an epiphany..
ReplyDeletean answer to the question.. simple words that make phrases that are
amazingly deep and true.
last night i just decided to give up and stop the chase.
now, i am aghast..as if God is telling me to hold on and keep going..
to make the right move. to be worthy of this love i thought of throwing.
it's just my perspective. yours might be different. i wish you well and everything that comes out of your decision.
ReplyDeletei will continue to read what you write though and see where this chase will lead you. just make sure you remain true to yourself and to your heart.
